Private Dog Park:
• All of our fields are secure for your dogs safety, but owners should check this upon
every arrival to ensure it is safe for each dogs individual needs.
• All dogs must be supervised by someone over the age of 18 at all times.
• Owners are responsible for picking up and disposing of their dogs waste in the
designated bins. Failure to do so will result in an instant ban with no refunds.
• Sick dogs or those injured should not be permitted onto the park. Dogs with an
infectious illness or carrying vectors (such as fleas) should not enter our premises as
this could be passed on to others. Failure to disclose will also result in an instant ban.
• Banned breeds in the UK are welcome to use our Private Park only but all UK laws must be followed (ie muzzle) until you’re securely in the field.
• Owners are responsible for ensuring their dogs do not exhibit aggressive behaviour
towards other dogs or people.
• Any bad behaviour from dogs is solely the responsibility of the owner.
• No damage/injuries/illnesses to dogs, people or their property is under the
responsibility of the business. It’s the responsibility of the owners to prevent this and
deal with any damage/injury/billing if required (ie dog bites are to be dealt with by
the owners of the dog responsible).
• Owners of aggressive dogs should only use our Private Dog Park and ensure their dog is handled correctly and kept away from all people and dogs before they enter the field (a drive in interlocking section is connected to the field).
• Owners of aggressive dogs will be held liable of any aggressive behaviour and will be
banned if not handled correctly to prevent harm.
• Dogs must be kept on lead until you’re inside designated off leash areas with all
gates/doors closed.
• Smoking and vaping is prohibited in all fields.
• Owners will be billed for any damage left in the fields by themselves or their dogs.
Accidents happen and we understand but failure to disclose of any damage will lead to a fine and instant ban.
• You must enter and exit the fields in the ways instructed to ensure no dogs are able
to escape.
• By booking the dog park, you accept all risks inherent to a dog playing outside and it
is completely at members own risk. The business cannot be held liable.

• Dogs that are legally required to be muzzled must stay muzzled in our public park.
